The User will access their account via e-mail (login) and password and undertakes not to disclose these details to third parties, taking full responsibility for any use made of them. <\/span>You may not authorize third parties to use your Account, nor<\/b> provide your login to minors under the age of 18. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or entity.<\/span><\/p>\n

SPARTANAS, nor any of its employees or agents, will request, by any means, physical or electronic, that you provide your password.<\/b><\/p>\n

It is the User’s responsibility to: (a) keep their account identification and password confidential; (b) update and review their account frequently; (c) keep their electronic devices secure, for example, by using antivirus and firewall tools; and (d) promptly notify SPARTANAS in the event of any unauthorized use of their account or any breach of security.<\/span><\/p>\n

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account and SPARTANAS will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with your obligations hereunder.<\/span><\/p>\n

Simultaneous access on different devices by the same User will block use and may result in termination of the contract for just cause and consequent cancellation of the subscription.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you do not want to register and pay for a subscription, you will only have access to the “calls” of paid content, as well as links to external content on the site.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”2. After choosing the best subscription plan, you will be directed to the checkout page, where you can make your purchase via Pix, Boleto, Debit Card or Credit Card. <\/span>Users from outside Brazil will only be able to purchase by credit card.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once payment has been made, the purchase of the chosen plan will appear on your credit card bill\/statement as <\/span>S2P*W2M<\/b> or will appear as <\/span>SAFE2PAY<\/b> for PIX.<\/span><\/p>\n

Taxes such as VAT, financial transactions tax, sales tax and others may be included, or added, to your purchase depending on your country, state, territory, city and other locations with applicable regulations. Tax rates may vary accordingly.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment transactions are processed by SAFE2PAY and SPARTANAS has no responsibility for the transaction, nor does it store any data requested at the time of payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the User chooses to pay for the purchase via bank slip and fails to pay the slip by the due date, the order will be automatically canceled.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”3. 3.1. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION: <\/b>access for 30 days automatically renewed.<\/span> (Only available in Brazil)<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Recurring<\/b> Subscription means that it is an ongoing service and will only be stopped if you cancel the subscription. Therefore, while the subscription is active, you will have access to the content for the contracted period and the subscription will be automatically renewed for the same period (monthly). Recurring subscriptions can only be purchased by credit card.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your subscription will be interrupted if you:<\/span><\/p>\n

3.1.1 Click CANCEL on your Recurring Subscription, your access will be blocked immediately. <\/span>To stop the recurring cycle, you must cancel your subscription the day before the billing date indicated in the Recurring Subscription tab of your Account.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.1.2 Or if your credit card is rejected due to a problem with the financial operator or insufficient balance. In this case, your status will stay as non-compliant until the next successful charge (consecutive month), or you can contact directly with the site by e-mail, to reactivate your access through a manual charge by bank ticket or pix.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Recurring Subscription Plan<\/span><\/p>\n

To access the recurring subscription, simply go to the “Recurring Subscription” field in “My Account”.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

3.2 SUBSCRIPTION PLANS:<\/b><\/p>\n

You can contract one of the subscription plans below:<\/span><\/p>\n
